Treatment Guidelines

Nobody uses six devices every day. Build it into a week instead.

Training days: boots for twenty to thirty minutes, then the red light mat with the face mask on for twenty.

Rest days: PEMF Mat II on a chair while you work, face mask and hat in the evening.

Once or twice a week: sauna blanket for twenty to forty minutes, then a shower.

Every day regardless: the face mask, five nights a week, on clean dry skin. It is the shortest session in the system and the one most likely to be skipped.

Do not use PEMF if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device. Speak to your doctor before compression if you have a history of blood clots, and before the sauna blanket if you are pregnant or have a cardiovascular condition.

Can I use everything in one day?

You can, but nobody keeps that up. The system is built to be spread across a week, with the face mask as the only daily piece.

What does each device do that the others do not?

Boots are mechanical, the PEMF mat is field and heat, the red light mat is cellular, the mask and hat cover the face and scalp, and the blanket is heat alone. No two overlap.

Which two run at the same time?

The red light mat and the face mask. Lie on one with the other on, and twenty minutes covers both.

Where do I start if it feels like a lot?

The face mask and the boots. They are the shortest sessions and the two you feel first, and the rest slots in once the habit exists.
