Treatment Guidelines

Position the panel 15 to 30cm from bare skin. Closer means a higher dose in less time, further means broader coverage.

Ten minutes per area at standard intensity. Ambient mode is for longer, lower-intensity sessions, Pulse for short focused ones. Doubling the session does not double the result, because light therapy has a biphasic dose response.

Nothing between the light and the skin. Clothing and skincare block most of the dose.

Four to five sessions a week. Recovery and soreness usually respond within the first fortnight. Skin firmness and tone take eight to twelve weeks.

Wear the protective eyewear. The panel is bright, and there is no reason to squint through a session.
