Start with clean, dry skin on the neck and chest. Serums and creams sit as a film between the light and your skin, so everything else goes on afterwards.

Ten minutes, five nights a week. The timer runs in five-minute steps up to thirty, so you can go longer, but longer is not better. Light therapy has a biphasic dose response and past a point more exposure does less than the right amount.
