Treatment Guidelines

Place the pad on a chair, under your lower back, or under a knee or shoulder. Anywhere you want the session concentrated.

Twenty minutes with PEMF running, up to sixty on heat and light alone. The controller enforces the difference, so you do not have to remember it.

Start at a lower temperature in the first week and work up. Higher is not better, it is simply hotter.

Five sessions a week. Warmth and relaxation register during the session. Stiffness and recovery build over the first fortnight.

Do not use the PEMF function if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device. If you are pregnant, speak to your doctor first.
