Treatment Guidelines

Lay the insert inside the sauna blanket before you get in, so it covers the full inner surface where your skin makes contact.

Use one for every session. That is the entire point of it.

Wash it after each use on a normal cotton cycle. It dries quickly, but if you run sessions on consecutive days a second insert saves waiting.

Do not use fabric softener. It coats the fibres and reduces how much the cotton absorbs, which is the one job it has.
