Treatment Guidelines

Roll the mat out on a firm flat surface, a bed or the floor. A thin cotton layer between you and the mat is fine and makes it easier to keep clean.

Twenty to thirty minutes per session. Start at the lower end of the temperature range and work up over the first week rather than starting at 80 degrees.

Lower PEMF frequencies in the evening, higher during the day. The delta and theta range suits wind-down, alpha and beta suit daytime sessions.

Four to five sessions a week. Warmth and relaxation register immediately. Recovery and stiffness usually ease over the first fortnight.

Do not use the PEMF function if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device. If you are pregnant, speak to your doctor first. Keep water beside you at the higher temperature settings.
