The sauna blanket takes twenty to forty minutes and works on the whole body at once, with the useful part being the cool-down afterwards. The Rejūv GO is the opposite, a handheld panel at over 110 mW/cm² pointed at one shoulder, one knee or one side of the face for ten minutes. And the glasses run across the entire evening, filtering blue and green light from 400 to 550nm so the room stops reading as daylight.

Treatment Guidelines

Glasses on as soon as the sun goes down, and keep them on for the rest of the evening.

Blanket two to three hours before bed. Twenty to forty minutes at 55 to 70 degrees, water beside you, towel or cotton insert underneath.

Shower, then ten minutes with the Rejūv GO on whatever is sore. Hold it 10 to 15cm from bare skin or set it on the tabletop stand. One area per session, because the dose is per area rather than per day.

Two to three blanket sessions a week, the GO four or five times, the glasses every evening.

Do not use the blanket straight after a heavy meal or alcohol. If you are pregnant or have a cardiovascular condition, check with your doctor first.

What order do I use them in?

Glasses first and leave them on. Blanket two to three hours before bed, then a shower, then the GO on one area. The glasses stay on through all of it.

Can I use the GO on more than one area?

Each area is its own ten-minute session, because the dose is per area rather than per evening. Two areas means twenty minutes, not one longer session.

Why not just use the blanket?

Heat works on everything at once and nothing in particular. The GO puts over 110 mW/cm² on one spot, which is a different job entirely.

Do I wear the glasses during the sauna?

If you are looking at a screen, yes. If your eyes are closed, it makes no difference.

How often?

Blanket two or three times a week, GO four or five, glasses every evening. The glasses are the one that works on routine rather than intensity.
