Three devices, three mechanisms, no overlap.

The boots are mechanical. Six chambers per leg from foot to hip, 30 to 260 mmHg, six programmes, and the effect lands within the session.

The PEMF mat is 190 by 80 centimetres of far infrared heat, pulsed fields between 1 and 30Hz, and red and near-infrared light over a gemstone layer. Heat and field reach what light cannot.

The red light mat is 1,440 LEDs at 660nm and 850nm with you lying directly on the source. That is the cellular side, and it is cumulative.

Between them they cover the fast relief and the slow repair, on the legs and everywhere else.

Treatment Guidelines

Boots first, twenty to thirty minutes. Deep Recovery after a hard session, Gentle Flow before one.

Then one of the two mats depending on what the day needs. PEMF mat when you want heat and depth, red light mat when you want the cellular side. Twenty to thirty minutes either way.

You do not need both mats in the same session. Alternate them across the week.

Bare skin on the red light mat, eyewear on. A thin cotton layer is fine on the PEMF mat.

Boots daily if you want. Mats four to five times a week between them.

Do not use PEMF if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device. Speak to your doctor before compression if you have a history of blood clots or deep vein thrombosis, or if you are pregnant.

Do I need both mats?
