This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 48 hours from the time the order is placed. Processing does not include weekends, public holidays, or carrier delays. Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.
2. Free UAE Shipping
Rejūv Optimized Wellness offers free shipping on all orders within the United Arab Emirates, regardless of product type or order value. No shipping fees will be charged for any UAE delivery.
3. Shipping & General Delivery Timeframes
Once an order is processed, it is transferred to our designated carrier for dispatch. Standard delivery timelines are typically 5–7 business days, depending on product type and destination.
All delivery dates provided are estimates only. Actual delivery timelines may vary and are subject to customs clearance, inspection procedures, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control. Rejūv Optimized Wellness is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
4. Product-Specific Delivery Estimates
The estimated delivery period after dispatch may vary depending on the product ordered. Approximate delivery timeframes are as follows:
- PEMF Devices: Estimated delivery within 5–7 days
- Rejuv Max / Rejuv Max II: Estimated delivery within 5–7 days
- Sauna Blanket: Estimated delivery within 5–7 days
- Mask / Rejuv Go / Rejuv Pro / Red Light Mat / Compression Boots / Lamp: Estimated delivery within 3–5 days
These estimates refer to the time from dispatch to delivery. They do not include order processing time.
5. International Shipping Fees
The following shipping fees apply to international orders:
- Rejuv Go, Face Mask, Rejuv Pro, Rejuv Max, PEMF Mini, PEMF Belt, PEMF II: 150 AED
- Controller, Towel, Full Spectrum Lamp, Arm Sleeve: 75 AED
- Rejuv Max II, PEMF, Rejuv Super Max Stand, Sauna Blanket: 255 AED
6. GCC Shipping Fees
The following shipping fees apply to orders shipped within GCC countries:
- Rejuv Go, Face Mask, Rejuv Pro, Rejuv Max, PEMF Mini, PEMF Belt, PEMF II: 89 AED
- Controller, Towel, Full Spectrum Lamp, Arm Sleeve: 75 AED
- Rejuv Max II, PEMF, Rejuv Super Max Stand, Sauna Blanket: 186 AED
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control these fees.
Shipments held, delayed, or returned by customs authorities are outside of our control, and no refunds will be issued due to such delays.
8. Liability for Delays
Rejūv Optimized Wellness is not responsible for delays resulting from:
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures
- Carrier or transportation delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Force majeure events (including weather, strikes, and natural disasters)
Refunds, cancellations, or compensation will not be provided for delays that fall outside of our operational control.
