1. Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.
By placing an order with Rejuvlights FZE, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.
2. Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
If 14 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange, except where required by applicable law.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email is sufficient).
For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns on products that show signs of use, wear, or damage, unless they are proven to be faulty.
4. How to Request a Return

In your email, please include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product and packaging (if there is damage or a defect)
Do not ship anything back to us before contacting us.
Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide:
- Confirmation of eligibility
- The return shipping address in the UAE
- Any additional instructions for packing and courier details
All returns must be sent to our facility in the United Arab Emirates.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For change of mind, wrong product ordered, or non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs, duties, or handling fees.
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, we will review the case and, where approved, may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or offer an alternative solution (such as a replacement or partial refund).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us.
6. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged, or
- You received the wrong item.
Contact us within a reasonable time after delivery, with:
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
We will assess the issue and work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item, in accordance with applicable law and this policy.
7. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase
- Products that have been used, opened, or not in their original condition, unless they are faulty

8. European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right, under applicable consumer law, to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us within 14 days from the date you receive the goods.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
Unless the product is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping from your location to the UAE.
9. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
- Inspect the product to confirm it meets the return conditions.
- Notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at support@werejuv.com.
10. Exchanges
We do not operate a standard “exchange” system. If you wish to exchange an item:
- Follow the returns process above for the original item.
- Once your refund is processed, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
In certain cases (for example, defective or incorrect items), we may offer a direct replacement instead of a refund, at our discretion.
